Mondie owns the lots
Richardson PL folk. I just noticed in the DC Real Estate tax database that Mr. Mondie is the owner of lots 811, 812, 813, & 814 on Square 507 paying 330K for each of those lots.

that can't be right...that must be the total for all 4! Either way, he's screwed now that they did away with 410. All he can do is combine the 4 down to 2, & put something at least 18 feet wide on those 2 new lots. Unless his lawyer finds another loophole to exploit.
That's what it said in the database. Each property $330K.
